        By clicking “Yes” and proceeding to acquire your FBI Identity History Summary Check, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from proceeding further. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws and does not grant rights to any of its intellectual property rights.   You agree to indemnify, and hold harmless Telos ID, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys’ fees) related to your violation of these terms.

    2. Biographic and Biometric Data

        By proceeding further, you are consenting to the information collection of both biographic and biometric fingerprint image data to be processed and submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") for the purpose of conducting fingerprint background checks for qualifying individuals in accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice Order 556-73. The information that you provide will be kept confidential, securely protected according to NIST SP 800-60 and FBI security standards will be enforced for the processing and storage of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data, and will only be used to carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized. We may, however, disclose personal information if required to do so by a court of law. We do not sell any personal information.
                
    3. Disclaimer

        The FBI Identity History Summary Check report received directly from the FBI is provided "as is". Telos ID makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Telos ID does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.               
                
    4. Limitations

        In no event shall Telos ID or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Telos ID's Internet site, even if Telos ID or a Telos ID authorized representative has notified you orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
